P3PEdit guarantees that all P3P policies generated shall be accurate, validate according to the W3C P3P validator, and function properly in Internet Explorer 6 (and higher), or we'll refund 100% of the purchase price.

P3PEdit includes technical support. In the unlikely event that a P3P policy generated by P3PEdit does not function in Internet Explorer 6 (or higher), or validate properly in the W3C validator, our technical support team shall work with you to fix the problem.

Process: in the event that a P3P policy is not working to your satisfaction, you must contact our support team before requesting a refund. If our support team is unable to provide a working solution (as described above), a refund will be promptly granted. Refunds shall not be granted when our support team has had no chance to work with the client to resolve a problem.

Exceptions: the money-back guarantee does not apply to problems caused by malfunctioning or improperly configured equipment such as misconfigured (or under-configured) webservers, nor does it apply to issues resulting from cookie-setting scripts that are written in a manner that directly interfere with the normal workings of the P3P policy.

In the event that the cause of the problem is server software or script related, our technical support team will provide all available solutions, such as assistance in reconfiguring / recompiling the server with the proper modules, or providing assistance with PERL/ASP/PHP code to overcome the problem. We have a near 100% success rate with these types of issues.
